Proportion of Google Scholar hits for co-occurrences of randomly selected
genes from Refseq
We examined 10,000 pairs of randomly selected genes searching for the gene
symbols in Google Scholar (scholar.google.com). The plot reports the proportion
of pairs that showed 0 hits, between 1 and 5 hits, between 6 and 10 hits, etc.
